To place an order via telephone, you may call 1.800.980.8474 during our regular business hours, 9am-5pm CST, Monday thru Friday. We are closed for all major holidays and have extended closing dates for Christmas and Mardi Gras, no orders will be processed or shipped during closings.
For order inquiries, please call customer service at 1.800.980.8474 only if you desire to change or cancel your order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and apply for each shipping address supplied. Large orders or extra heavy shipments may incur additional shipping charges. Please call for a quote on bulk orders.

Seafood Items and Shipping:

Customers must select Seafood (SEA) shipping method for all seafood items, if an incorrect shipping method is chosen, we will manually adjust it during credit card processing.  Emeril’s Seafood items are perishable items and are shipped 2 day, (M-TH) directly from our Seafood purveyor, New Orleans Fish House, and is not available for shipping to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada. ECONOMY (ECO) shipping is not available for seafood items.

Available for pick up for New Orleans area residents (M-F), please call 1-800-980-8474 to place your order, please place your order with a 2 day notice.

Canada Shipping:

Is ordering online safe, and is the credit card information I submit secure?
Ordering on-line these days is perfectly safe. Giving your credit card information to process an on-line order is as safe as giving your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant! For your protection, a secured server processes the orders. The information collected to process the orders is encrypted, processed and forwarded for order fulfillment. A real person processes the orders! Even though we designed the site to process sales, we still have a real person process the order. The order is checked, the credit card is charged, the items are packed and labeled and the shipping agent is notified! Just like that, your order is on its way

Will Emerils.com send me an order confirmation?
Yes, we will notify you by e-mail once your order is being processed and once again when it is being shipped. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours every weekday.  Orders are downloaded every weekday morning and processed.  We ship orders every afternoon, Mon- Fri 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding weekends and extended holiday closings). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Please make sure you provide us with a correct e-mail address when placing your order.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to the processing stage of your order at emerils.com  by calling (1-800-980-8474). Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.

What is Emerils.com return policy?
Emerils.com is happy to accept returns and exchanges on most merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on opened food items, opened Videos, CDs, worn or washed clothing garments or products that were not bought from Emerils.com.  Used cookware and electrics are non-returnable and if you feel there is a defect with your product you will be directed to contact the manufacturer directly to discuss warranty and return of your item.
Shipping and handling fees and special or bulk orders are not refundable.

How to return or exchange:
1. Have your order number handy and call 1-800-980-8474 to have a RMA # issued for your return. (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
2. Emerils.com will not accept returned merchandise without a RMA #.
3. Re-package item in the original Emerils.com packaging. Include the original packing slip and note your RMA # on the packing slip.
4. Send your package back to the address below using a trace-able, insured and prepaid method (We recommend UPS or FEDEX). We will refund the amount of the merchandise on the credit card you used at the time of your purchase or issue a merchandise exchange. Emerils.com is not responsible for return shipping charges.
5. For cash payments a refund check will be issued, please allow additional processing time.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Do you ship to military addresses in the USA?
Yes, however due to the tragedies that unfolded on Sep 11, our usual carrier is now unable to deliver to military bases due to heightened security, all packages must now be sent via USPS and will average 2-4 weeks delivery. We apologize for this inconvenience and will return to our regular carrier once they begin to schedule daily deliveries to military addresses. Expedited and Rush delivery is not available.

Will Emerils.com share my personal information with other companies and websites?
No!!!!? We hate junk mail too. We may occasionally send you a notice regarding an Emeril appearance or new product, but you may unsubscribe at any time.

Where can I buy Emeril's food products?
Unfortunately, neither Emerils.com nor our food producers are able to tell you a specific grocery store that offers Emeril's Food products in your specific local area. All grocery products go into store distribution centers across the country and grocery stores in turn, order the products that they choose to offer to their customers.

The best way to get a product that you want offered at your local grocery store, is to speak with the store manager. Most stores are eager and open to get the products that you want on their shelves. However, if you cannot find an Emeril product locally, you simply may order it from Chef Emeril's online store and we will deliver directly to your door, just follow the link below to go directly to the Food of Love page...

How will my seafood item ship?
Emeril’s wonderful seafood products will be drop shipped directly for our purveyor, New Orleans Fish House, in an insulated cooler with frozen colds packs all encased in another shipping carton to insure  our items arrive at your door safe and sound and ready to thaw, heat and enjoy!

A low $22.00 flat rate shipping charge per address, for seafood items (within 48 states), allow normal 5-7 business days for delivery. Customers must select Seafood (SEA) shipping method for all seafood items. Normal shipping charges apply per address, per box for all other items included in the same order. If an incorrect shipping method is chosen for a seafood item, we will manually adjust it during credit card processing and send you an updated receipt with the correct S&H charges applied. This item cannot be shipped to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada. ECONOMY (ECO) Shipping is not available for seafood items. Why should I register my Emeril's Card?
By registering your card, you protect the value on your card should it be damaged, lost or stolen. Registering your Emeril's Card also allows you to manage your account online, view usage history and makes you eligible for future Emeril's Rewards.

What if my Emeril's Card is damaged?
If your card is damaged or becomes unreadable, a new card may be issued at any participating Emeril's restaurants, or by calling 1-800-980-8474, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm CST. 
Damaged cards can be replaced for the remaining value with the original purchase receipt or if registered. To protect the balance on your Emeril's Card, please register at www.emerils.com/card.

How do I request a replacement for a damaged Emeril's Card?
To request a replacement card, please call 1-800-980-8474. We will activate and ship a replacement card as soon as possible. We can only transfer the remaining balance from your damaged card to the replacement card. Emerils.com is not responsible for shipping charges for the replacement card.

You may report a lost/stolen card by calling 1-800-980-8474, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm CST. We will deactivate the lost/stolen card and transfer the remaining balance to a replacement card.
