The Stainless Steel with Copper 1 Quart Saucier is a great addition to any kitchen. It is similar to a sauce ban but has a rounded base - for great whisking and stirring action. The integrated pouring spout is perfect for pouring your finished sauce right over your dish.

Bonded, tri-ply stainless steel and aluminum ensures a smooth, even heat distribution every time you use them. The ergonomically designed handles fit comfortably in your hand. The stainless steel cookware is oven safe to 550º

Cleaning The Stainless Steel:
Immerse in hot water. Use a fine powder cleanser with water to form a paste. Apply paste using a soft cloth. Rub in a circular motion from the center outward. Wash in hot soapy water, dry immediately. Cleaning the copper band. Copper is a semi-precious metal and will tarnish with use. To restore it to its natural shine any over-the-counter copper cleaner will restore it to its natural luster. DO NOT USE oven cleaners or cleansers with chlorine bleach. DO NOT USE steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. Nylon scrubbing pads are safe to use. You may wash EMERILWARE™ STAINLESS in the dishwasher.
